WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRANSLATE ONE OF MY BOOKS INTO YOUR OWN LANGUAGE FOR YOUR COUNTRY?

If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, and would like to help to spread His Words and His Gospel around the world, one way to do it is to translate any (or all) of my books into your own language. Please understand that the principle behind this is to spread the Words of God, not to make money for yourself. However, I am very happy to donate every cent of the Amazon (and other website) sales of the book/s you translate to your church or your favourite Mission Outreach in your country. 

The best way to do this is for you to contact me directly on my email address – graham@afftb.co.za – and I will send you an application form. Complete this application form, allow me to verify that you are who you say you are, and we will begin discussions.

All going well and Lord Jesus giving us the go-ahead (nothing will be done without consulting Him in prayer), the following will happen in sequence:

  1. I will expect you to work closely with your Pastor or the head of the Ministry Outreach you want the funds to go to, on all translations. I will need their names and contact details, please, simply because you and I will probably never meet;
  2. As soon as I have your completed application form and you have been approved, you will receive from me a .pdf copy of the book you have chosen to translate;
  3. I will give you 2 calendar months to complete the translation from English to your language (more if you need it);
  4. Send the translated typed-up work to me – I suggest you use MS Word, but any Windows-based word processing program should be fine;
  5. I will do the artwork for the book and send it to you for your approval as different countries have different customs, and the last thing any Christ Follower wants to do is offend someone in another country through something we are unaware of;
  6. If you and your Pastor or Head of Ministry are happy with the artwork, the book will go up onto the same websites as all of my books are;
  7. I will need to know if you want print copies to be available as well to sell in shops and at certain events;
  8. You will be given access to the Google Analytics of your book so that you can monitor sales and earnings;
  9. We will arrange between your pastor/HoM, yourself and myself as to how often payments of the monies from the sales of the books you have translated are to be paid into the church or ministry’s bank account;
  10. We will have to discuss the various taxes that might apply here (I suggest we both get our individual banks involved);
  11. What you or your pastor/HoM do with the money is entirely between YOU and GOD, but I pray that you use it to reach more people for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Please note that if more than one person contacts me from a particular language speaking area in any country, I will attempt to connect you to each other so that you might work on this project together. Should this prove to be the case, the monies from the sales of the books will be evenly spread to all of the churches or ministries taking part in the translation exercise.

REACHING OUT TO AS MANY CHILDREN AROUND THE WORLD AS I CAN...

Each of my books featuring Horse, Byrd, Puppy and Kitten will be written for three different age groups, ages 6 to 10, 10 to 14, and 14 to young adult. I believe God has called and is continually calling me to write these books in order to get His Words into His little children’s hearts from the perspective of someone who was never able to be a child himself, and who learned the things he should have known as a child in very hard and painful ways, as he grew from a broken child into a broken teenager and into a broken young man, finally only achieving his wholeness as a man in his 60’s. In other words, I believe God is using my experience in life to protect His little children from experiencing the types and depth of pain I had to endure, whilst at the same time reaching out to them and teaching them, planting seeds in their souls (which will be watered by other people) that will keep them from a lot of the pain in this world (as God does the growing) [1 Corinthians 3:6-7].
